FINANCING MANAGER (F/M/D)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our centralized Group Treasury, where you’ll be responsible for financing Group needs. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Organizing tenders for financing and other professional services (e.g. advisors for treasury system purchase);
  • Leading financing execution in renewable energy sector; 
  • Leading the review and ensure quality of financing deliverables;
  • Leading the review and negotiations of financing documents;  
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, procurement, commercial, M&A and etc.), external counterparties and advisors;
  • Being in charge of the internal approval processes and lead the preparation of materials such as presentations, memorandums, approval papers and etc., to various stakeholders and decision-makers;
  • Monitoring the performance of financing portfolio and provide insights to the management;
  • Following industry trends and monitor the development of the regulatory framework; providing insights and updates to the management on the financing related topics in the market.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent;
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate financing, banking, M&A, project finance or a related field;
  • High level of ownership, accountability, strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written);
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and working under strict deadlines. 

Would be an advantage:

  • Previous experience with financing international projects, including renewables;
  • Previous experience with Bonds origination;
  • Enrolment in CFA, ACCA or a similar qualification.
