Financial Analyst

The company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the growing team and contribute to the optimization of financial performance and operational efficiency. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial activities.

• Conduct standard costing, variance analysis, and support forecasting and cost center controlling.
• Manage SAP FICO master data and track resource/FTE reporting for Operations.
• Analyze production results, material write-offs, and optimize additional costs (e.g., shipping).
• Generate internal reports on Sales/GM, inventory, freight costs, and material prices.
• Assist with financial planning and ensure budget forecasts are met.

• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Experience in a manufacturing company.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP software.
