• Act as a business partner for technical and production departments
• Prepare monthly results reporting
• Analyse business results and identify main causes of discrepancies
• Provide financial consulting, insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making
• Lead the annual and mid-term budgeting process for responsible areas
• Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools

REQUIREMENTS

• BA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Strong and successful experience in financial analysis or controlling
• Full English proficiency (written and oral)
• MS Office skills, SAP, Power BI knowledge and experience with databases would be considered as an advantage
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the outcomes and deliverables
• Proactively and comfortably taking initiative in the area that you see needs refinement
• Ability to stay focused and perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Analytical thinking with attention to details
• Reliable and thorough work style accompanied by top time management skills
