Finance & Business Controller

FINANCE

• Actively participate in annual budget/ forecasts preparation process, review, aggregate and analyze submitted information;
• Analyse actuals vs budgets/ forecasts, control the expenses control;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including commentary;
• Produce, analyze and transmit monthly reporting combining management and operational indicators, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet;
• Prepare regular reports, develop the existing and create new ones;
• Participate in monthly accounting close.

BUSINESS

• Prepare and present business reports to senior management;
• Support business in understanding the performance of our processes and products by extracting data and creating meaningful insights;
• Suggest operational KPIs & performance measurement systems;
• Work strategically across the business to provide bottom-up financial insights in order to formulate, drive and execute business strategy;
• Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics;
• Be the data and analytical lead on various projects and work closely with different teams across the company.

• Educational background from Economics, Finance or Accounting;
• At least 2 years of experience in Financial/Business Analysis/Control;
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel;Fluent written and oral English;
• Knowledge and experience in reporting and analytic tools (e.g. PowerBI and Cube);
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and manage complexity;
• Responsible, diligent, strong critical and analytical thinking, meeting deadlines;
• Strong motivation to learn and become an expert in the near future;
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated to;
• Passionate about data analytics, data engineering and data science.
