Job Description

  • Preparing forecasts and budgets for Group Companies in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, in collaboration with colleagues in the respective countries;
  • Conducting analysis and executing costs, investments, and profitability control;
  • Preparing management reports, including reports for PHOENIX;
  • Creating KPI reports to meet the evolving business needs for better decision-making;
  • Cooperating with BI analyst in development of BI reports;
  • Providing answers and solutions to ad-hoc questions from business colleagues.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of prior experience as a financial analyst;
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the capability to solve complex problems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
  • Expert proficiency in Excel;
  • A high degree of accuracy, patience, attention to detail, and stress resistance;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • University level education.
