Preparing forecasts and budgets for Group Companies in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, in collaboration with colleagues in the respective countries;
Conducting analysis and executing costs, investments, and profitability control;
Preparing management reports, including reports for PHOENIX;
Creating KPI reports to meet the evolving business needs for better decision-making;
Cooperating with BI analyst in development of BI reports;
Providing answers and solutions to ad-hoc questions from business colleagues.
Requirements
At least 3 years of prior experience as a financial analyst;
Strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the capability to solve complex problems;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
Expert proficiency in Excel;
A high degree of accuracy, patience, attention to detail, and stress resistance;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
University level education.
