Reikalavimai
Average or good Estonian language skills;
Good English language skills (Lithuanian, Russian – advantage);
Good understanding of customer satisfaction and expectations;
Computer literacy;
Team player as well as ability to work independently;
Open-minded to a diversity of cultures;
Ability to prioritize and to perform multiple tasks, quick reaction, communication skills, pro-activeness, diligence, flexibility, positiveness, empathy.
