Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague. Would you like to be part of the largest listed company with the most research coverage on the Nasdaq Baltic Stock Exchange? We are looking for a courageous and ready to make an impact colleague to join our finance team and lead the sell-side research stream. If you have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and can see yourself in a strategic enabler role, we would love to hear from you.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Collecting and analysing sell-side estimates and maintaining a consensus model
  • Conducting fundamental research on benchmark companies, financial modelling, and valuation
  • Systematically conducting comprehensive market research and benchmark analysis to monitor trends in the energy sector, proactively following the news, investor sentiment and share price drivers. Informing management of key developments and events
  • Building, maintaining, and updating benchmark companies and investor relations databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for shareholders, analysts, and industry contacts
  • Providing analytical leverage to the team and acting as a point of contact for a variety of constituents regarding inquiries
  • Leading work streams of sell-side analysts, investment banks, existing and potential shareholders, and other stakeholders, maintaining a log of interactions
  • Contributing to the preparation of internal and external reports according to schedule and ensure that updates are implemented
  • Preparing regular ad hoc materials, including data analysis, presentation, and distribution to management

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, economics, or related field. CFA qualification considered a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (equity research, capital markets, M&A, or similar). Prior experience in energy sector considered a plus
  • Excellent analytical thinking, proven financial modelling (identifying key business drivers, using DCF, SOTP models), and forecasting skills
  • Proficient in analysing market data and interest in financial markets and energy sector
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills (both in English and Lithuanian)
  • Feel comfortable connecting with a wide range of individuals, have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and confidently, and possess a talent for distilling complex information into clear and specific conclusions
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, energetic and decisive, with a high level of integrity
  • Able to handle multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously in a cross-functional team while meeting tight deadlines and managing project independently
