My name is Mindaugas Šestilo, and I'm leading HR team at Telia Global Services Lithuania. Amazing things are happening in our organization, and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our HR Team as an Employee Engagement / Development Partner that will be focusing on making our organization even better place to work, grow and engage.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
We expect you to be a partner contributing to strategic HR agenda.
You will be responsible for:
Acting as a single point of the contact for consulting employees and managers on strategic HR agenda topics
Working and consulting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges, growth and development
Identifying training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum
Monitoring training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
Assisting in the development of engagement strategies to accomplish our vision, organizational goals, and objectives
Mediating and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Finding ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department & organization and drive reports accordingly

Your experience:
At least 3 years of experience in HR area

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Labor Law Knowledge Skills
Fluent in English
Experience from working in an international environment

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary starting at 2100 – 2700 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
