Digital Workplace Specialist

• Manage the Digital Workplace Solutions for EBS: 
• Full responsibility of Storm: ensuring the access lines in European countries, Mobile Telephony Service Provider, WAN connections; managing users and licenses, dashboards, flows, updates, providing support etc.;
• Supporting the use of collaborative platforms such as Service Cloud, SharePoint
• Contribute in central and local IT projects, build and maintain IT knowledge database
• Internal and external communication and stakeholder management;
• Bringing improvement ideas forward and assess them within your team and with key stakeholders;
• Close collaboration and mutual back-up with local ITSS in Yara EBS: infrastructure and mobile network, IT workplace, facility support, troubleshooting;

• Good knowledge of telephony and digital workplace services, ITIL processes, SharePoint, WAN, LAN and wireless network;
• Excellent communication and team-work skills;
• Very good English language skills, other languages is a plus;
• Is a proactive problem solver who quickly adapts to new tools and methods of working;
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or electronics or extensive relevant experience with proven strong results would be an advantage.
