Digital Marketing Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing effective marketing strategies, while helping to drive business growth across various online platforms. You will support the team in managing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement digital support activities for business;
  • Maintain support service catalogue;
  • Participate actively in all project implementation stages;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies involved in business support.
  • Train business stakeholders or team members on how to support features
  • Register possible safety hazards and violations. Participate in their removal. Participate in safety conversations and other safety or sustainability activities.
  • Constantly improve your qualifications and improve the knowledge required to perform direct duties.
  • Share work skills and experience with colleagues. Help each other.
  • Participate in the implementation of projects.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Organize meetings, participate actively and provide data related to work performed.
  • To substitute other employees when asked by the direct manager.
  • Take part in other company‘s activities, including but not limited to volunteering, helping, team building, etc.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in using different Content Management Systems is required (working experience with EPiServer/Optimizely is a great advantage)
  • Knowledge in working with different Product and Digital Assets Management systems is preferred (working experience with Inriver, Stibo or Digizuite is a great advantage)
  • Intermediate knowledge on building websites
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of website design
  • Great time management skills
  • Strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills, and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong in conceptual thinking with an ability to translate complex technical information into business-focused solutions, incl. design thinking
  • Customer focus and agile mindset, build strong customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business value and/or efficiencies
  • Familiar with agile delivery methods
  • Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
