Junior Programmatic Specialist

Job Description

 

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure proper ad formats and placements.
  • Assist in uploading/removing creatives to/from the ad platforms.
  • Generate performance reports and provide insights.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and delivery issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in programmatic advertising.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in programmatic, digital marketing and/or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Basic knowledge of Adform and other demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk (optional).
  • Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel or data visualization tools.
  • Basic knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and ad performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
