Job Description

The purpose of this position is:

  • To provide world-class customer service support to internal and external customers;
  • To work closely with the Hollister SSC Lithuania Team, local BU teams, and our End Customer to solve all aspects of various Business transactions.
  • To promote Hollister Products and Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Make Outbound Follow-up calls to Hollister Business units to discuss Hollister SSC Lithuania Service Quality
  • Take incoming calls from customers regarding entities, transactions and services Hollister SSC Lithuania scope (further – SSC Clients). Address customer concerns/questions regarding SSC Clients' services and follow up as needed. Call documentation & monitoring – maintain up-to-date records of calls and status, and input end-user/client information /attributes into CRM system/database
  • Where possible, support Local Business Unit Teams
  • Maintain up-to-date SSC Client Services and overall Hollister product knowledge
  • Develop key relationships with all Hollister customers to ensure effective communication of information

Requirements

  • Work experience in Customer Service
  • French language skills C1
  • Good English language skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Outlook
