Corporate Account Executive/Communications Project Manager

Fabula, one of Lithuania’s leading communication agencies and part of the rapidly growing Rud Pedersen Group, is currently looking for a Corporate Account Executive to join their team. The agency specializes in strategic corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, and creative campaigns.
This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced communications professional who enjoys working independently with business clients, opinion leaders, and the media. The selected candidate will contribute to high-level projects and be trusted with full ownership of their work.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage full-scope corporate communication projects for leading business clients.
• Draft and edit press releases, articles, and statements for media distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and opinion leaders.
• Consult clients independently, including C-level representatives.
• Contribute to crisis communication efforts with timely and strategic input.
• Collaborate with a supportive team – no one works alone.
• Join pitches and tenders for upcoming high-level accounts.
• Monitor the public discourse and suggest proactive visibility opportunities.

• From 3 years of experience in a communication agency – understanding of agency dynamics is a must.
• Strong PR and media relations background – not just digital or advertising.
• Proven ability to take ownership of client accounts and lead communication efforts independently.
• Excellent Lithuanian writing skills; ability to develop high-impact content.
• Fluent English – both written and spoken.
• Media-savvy, proactive personality with strong critical thinking.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to meet clients or attend events.
