Content Experience Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set-up and optimization of conversion-oriented emails and landing pages.
• Conceptual development and operational implementation of marketing automation campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive lead generation.
• Staying up to date on technical features of the marketing automation platform to continuously refine our automated processes.
• Development, documentation and maintenance of global standard templates for campaigns and assets.
• Collaboration with campaign managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to consult on digital marketing strategies and to ensure well targeted and high-performing campaigns.
• Manage first level support for market organizations and consult stakeholders on operational questions.
• Monitoring and analysis of channel performance metrics and make data -driven recommendations.
• Being up to speed with industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.

We expect you have:

• 1-3 years of experience as a marketing automation specialist, email marketing specialist, content marketing specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and / or content management systems (CMS).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript is beneficial.
• Knowledge of content marketing & digital marketing trends.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize campaign and asset performance.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Structured approach to work with a strong focus on detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.
