The opportunity

Join Teva as a Commercial Assistant in Vilnius, where you'll handle essential administrative tasks such as managing documents and internal tools, along with occasional support for creative projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment, with opportunities to contribute to event organization and data analysis.

 

  • Managing, administrating needed documents (invoices, agreements, acts)
  • Updating, filling internal tools (SAP, HIP, ZINC, etc.)
  • Internal data analysis, preparing reports (prices, promo, NPL, stock)
  • Organizing events, conferences, seminars
  • Supporting Product Managers with other technical or creative tasks

Your experience and qualifications 

  • Administrative experience, eg. as an Assistant, managing documents
  • Diligence, analytical thinking
  • Excel knowledge
  • Digital savvy
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
  • Marketing-related experience/educational background would be beneficial
