CNC metalworking machine operator

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and prepare the worksite for assigned tasks
• Select and set up necessary cutting tools, equipment, and auxiliary materials for task execution, both independently and based on prepared instructions
• Manufacture and post-process parts in a timely manner according to drawings
• Perform quality control and dimensional checks on finished products
• Electronically track work hours, finished products, and defects using the ERP Monitor system. Promptly report any missing tools, materials, or other unexpected issues to the direct supervisor

• Education in metalworking
• Experience working with CNC machines
• Professional Latvian and English knowledge
• Experience in using measurement instruments, and the ability to read drawings and technical documentation
• Willingness to solve problems and take responsibility for work outcomes, with a strong sense of precision and responsibility
