Job Description

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key role to the overarching marketing strategy and brand development of the company. The CMO is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. The primary goal of this role is to drive growth, enhance brand reputation, and ensure the seamless integration of marketing efforts across all markets. The CMO plays a pivotal role in aligning the company's core values with its marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

More specifically, the focus of this role is on attracting new investors by developing brand and marketing strategy:

  • Develop and lead execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and core values. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Act as the guardian of the company's brand, ensuring that all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and values to enhance brand equity and market positioning.
  • Set long-term goals and key performance indicators for the marketing area, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Oversee the performance of marketing teams across all regions, ensuring the successful execution of local and cross-border marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the marketing team and other teams.
  • Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and media, to support the company's marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record of leading successful B2C marketing strategies and ability to drive growth achieving business objectives through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.
  • Experience and know-how in building the brand in foreign markets would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (minimum level C1); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
