Client onboarding specialist: legal and private individuals

• Collection and investigation of KYC and other legal documents for the creation of clients’ cases; recording findings using our IT solutions.
• Presenting finalized clients’ cases to AML department colleagues.
• POC (point of contact) and trusted advisor to the assigned clients from their first step at TeslaPay assuring smooth onboarding process.
• Cooperation with AML and other teams in solving issues related to onboarding.

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial services or fin-tech industry.
• Deep understanding of legal documents.
• Experienced in communicating with customers, dealing with issues, and bringing the best outcome for all parties.
• Proactive and able to question status-quo.
• Client-focused and business-driven.
• Written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian and English are must (additional languages would be considered an advantage).
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High personal productivity and excellent time management skills.

Salary: € 1600 -2100 gross
