Job Description

  • Supervision over the assurance and control of the quality of work in order to properly execute the project,
  • Verifying, agreeing and approving the Quality Assurance Plan and the Control and Testing Plan of suppliers and subcontractors,
  • control of delivery and assembly of equipment in accordance with the requirements of the design and technical and operational documentation,
  • verification of the quality documentation at the various stages of production,
  • participation in acceptance inspections and tests resulting from the Control and Research Plans,
  • control of marking and identification of equipment and power supply/control installations on site,
  • surveillance of non-conformity and corrective and preventive measures,
  • cooperation with the client in the scope of the established communication path for implementation,
  • cooperation with third parties in the field of conditions of execution, conformity assessment and release to service of equipment and machines.

Requirements

  • proven 5 years of experience in supervision on behalf of the General Contractor or Contract Engineer in the assembly of mechanical and electrical equipment and installations,
  • proven 5 years of experience in EPC contracts (energy)
  • mobility (frequent business trips, working away from home), availability
  • English - C1, very good knowledge, reading documentation and communicating freely,
  • knowledge of the Polish and Lithuanian languages are welcome,
  • higher technical education (preferred: energetics, power engineering, mechanical engineering, welding),
  • knowledge of the applicable directives, production standards and conformity assessment of equipment for the main and auxiliary systems in a CHP plant needed to supply energy.
  • ability to verify the compliance of the measurement protocols of installations and equipment,
  • ability to analyse technical documentation for consistency with contract requirements,
  • very good communication skills
