Since 2009, we have been providing businesses with efficient and reliable solutions.We design and build industrial solar power plants starting from 1 MW and above under EPC contracts (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).Our experience, systematic approach, and high-quality standards enable us to deliver large-scale projects and build long-term partnerships with our clients.

As the company continues to scale, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the development and management of product solutions in the BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) segment.

Your key responsibilities:

Product Strategy

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for BESS solutions.
  • Analyze the market, competitive landscape, and trends in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify key directions for the development of energy storage systems.
  • Shape a unique value proposition (UVP) for clients across various industries.
  • Drive product go-to-market and achieve product-market fit through deep customer insight, hypothesis testing, and feedback-driven strategy adjustments.

Financial and Commercial Modeling

  • Design business models considering different financing options (PPA, CAPEX, OPEX).
  • Create financial models to assess project payback (TCO, ROI).
  • Optimize customer costs through the implementation of BESS and energy management.
  • Evaluate monetization opportunities for surplus energy via electricity markets.

Technical Integration and Implementation

  • Define technical requirements for effective BESS deployment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for installation and operation of solutions.
  • Optimize BESS integration into clients’ business processes.
  • Monitor system performance and develop improvement recommendations.

Regulatory Environment and Energy Market

  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in the renewable energy space.
  • Develop strategies for client entry into electricity markets.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and market operators.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote BESS solutions.
  • Train the sales team on the technical and financial aspects of the product.
  • Support negotiations with key clients and partners.
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to create effective communication materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CPO, Head of Product, or Product Director in energy, BESS, renewables, or adjacent sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the energy storage market, technologies, and trends.
  • Experience leading product teams and launching tech solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business results orientation.
  • Understanding of product economics and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and change management capabilities.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; Russian is a plus.
