Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team and participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. The CFO will also develop and implement the financial strategy of the company. 

We have a holding company with several companies in our portfolio, so we are looking for someone who can effectively coordinate this complex infrastructure. You will lead a talented finance, accounting and procurement teams, work closely with management board members, and participate in various investment and M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in key decisions as a member of the Group’s management board team.
• Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Provide strategic recommendations to the management board team and CEOs of subsidiary companies.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies
• Lead strategic business decisions on investment, M&A projects.

• At least 5 years of experience in senior finance positions (eg. Finance Director, CFO, VP of Finance).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in working with B2C business. 
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and in an international environment is an advantage.
• Experience in investment, M&A projects would be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
