My name is Vladislav Grablevskij and I am leading Enterprise Services within Telia Company IT Group organization. We are 400+ IT Unit serving 6 markets in Nordic&Baltic.
I am currently looking for a Chief Enterprise Architect with proven track record of managing Artifact based architectural governance.

Your main tasks:
Lead Enterprise Service Architecture Council
Represent department in global Design Authority
Establish Artifact based architecture practice
Lead in matrix Lead Architects
Be responsible for Architecture & Design decisions
Be active in suggesting transformative actions to improve efficiency, cost and quality around all aspect of IT management
Be responsible for Architecture & Design Agility as per company Agile Wow
Represent department at any level when it comes to Architecture and Solution
Your skills, experience and mindset:
Proven track record of similar responsibility on the scale
Strong sense of ownership and self-drive attitude
Subject Matter Expert on TOGAF or equivalent
Experience in leading in matrix on global scale
Leadership experience with virtual teams ideally in a multinational company
Experience in building agile mindset and culture on different organizational levels

We offer a monthly base salary from 6 202 to 9 303 Eur montly gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
