Job Description

  • Collaboration with Enterprise Architects, fellow Business Process Architects and a variety of stakeholders across the bank, drive the BPM agenda by building capabilities in all corners of the bank laying the foundation for successful relationships between customers, society and the bank.
  • Be a key contributor in drafting BPM roadmap, creating execution methodologies and support all stakeholders in achieving a strong Business Process view on the entire enterprise.
  • Building and setting direction, also practical support to process modelers, process managers and process owners.
  • An important part of the job is to align strategic objectives and tactical demands, being flexible in creating solutions while keeping focus on the long-term objectives.
  • Operational and management reporting, where complex matters are explained and visualized in an easily comprehensible way.
  • Making assessments of areas of improvement and making the changes necessary to carry out the strategy.
  • Making connections between Business Processes and related operational, governing and technical elements

Requirements

  • You are deeply rooted in Business Process Management, Business Architecture, have extensive experience in working within this field from the business side, and preferably also experience from a technology point of view.
  • You master analytical and conceptual skills and is perceived as a person that actively shares knowledge and insight for the benefit and growth of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Background from consultancy, business analysis, solution or enterprise architecture combined with bachelor’s degree in e.g. Information Technology, Business Administration, or alternatively demonstrably acquired equivalent skills and knowledge
  • At least 5+ years of experience working in a senior business architect or business process architect role
  • Wide experience within design of target operating models and associated implementation roadmaps, ensuring alignment to our strategy and key business objectives
  • Extensive experience in modelling business processes by using various tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio, PowerPoint) and techniques (e.g., BPMN, VSM, SIPOC, UML)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills including proficiency in communicating to senior management
  • Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to get desired results
  • As a person, you have a collaborative attitude way of working, contribute to an informal atmosphere, are a true team player and can make people understand complex matters in a simple way. You are a good communicator and open to various viewpoints.
  • You are solution-oriented, analytical and self-initiating
