Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and lead the Finance Department.
  • Develop and oversee the company's budget, ensuring effective control and management.
  • Represent and report on the Finance Department's activities to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.
  • Represent the company in various committees and working groups.
  • Manage project and investment cost controls.
  • Formulate and implement the company's financial and procurement management strategies.
  • Evaluate and secure financing opportunities for the company's investment projects.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual, quarterly, and semi-annual financial statements.
  • Optimize processes, automate systems, and implement cost reduction measures.

Requirements

  • Possession of a higher university degree or an equivalent qualification in finance or economics;
  • Minimum of 3 years of senior-level managerial experience in financial management;
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level, both verbal and written;
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing the full spectrum of a company's financial operations;
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and leadership capabilities;
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively in both written and verbal form, and to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize information;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results;
  • Capability to make independent decisions and select appropriate methods for problem-solving;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
  • Commitment to continuous learning, enhancing professional competencies, and sharing knowledge with others.
