Job Description

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies; ensure transparent financial reporting and effective cost management.
  • Enhance cybersecurity measures, ensure IT infrastructure scalability, and promote tech-driven innovation, including fintech advancements like blockchain integration.
  • Create a clear product roadmap based on customer needs and market differentiation, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Foster a strong leadership team, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and build a positive work culture.
  •  Articulate the company’s vision, set strategic goals, and maintain open communication with stakeholders including investors, regulators, and employees.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across departments to drive growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven success at the C-level managerial role in a FinTech of financial institution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the complexities of crypto markets, including a deep understanding of blockchain technologies and the evolving regulatory environment.
  • Expertise in interpreting and managing complex financial reports, balance sheets, and investment portfolios.
  • Strong focus on maximizing growth trajectory, including experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and capital management.
  • Proven ability to engage and energize a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, employees, and external partners.
  • Track record of leading organizations through change, developing long-term plans while achieving short-term objectives.
  • Ability to lead product innovation, develop operational strategies, and enhance performance across different functions of the business.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-risk/high-reward environment, with a focus on fostering innovation and driving continuous growth.
  • Good written and verbal Russian language skills.
