C&B and HR Analytics Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and implement the compensation and benefits policy
• Conduct job evaluations and review salary ranges in accordance with market tendencies
• Analyze HR data and provide insights
• Develop and administrate the international mobility
• Collaborate with department managers on C&B and HR Analytics topics
• Participate in projects on the team and company level

This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave.

We expect you have:

• Basic knowledge and understanding in Compensation & Benefits and HR analytics
• Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information, and provide data-driven insights
• Systematic thinking, independence, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 2000 – 2800 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: at least 2 days per week from the office
