Their team combines fast and precise assembly of modern timber structures with sustainability to help their clients make various private and public projects come to life. Understanding their clients needs, Effective Solutions offers project execution solutions throughout the world, developing an international reputation with their guarantee for quality and comfort.

Currently, with sights set on growth, Effective Solutions is looking for an exceptionally driven Business Development Manager to join their team of professionals and structural engineers and help them in implementing exciting business goals.

In this position you will:

  • Coordinate the complete sales process, from cold calling to signing contracts with clients.
  • Search for strategic business development opportunities and attract long-term customers in the European market (Holland, Belgium, France, Germany).
  • Create and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Plan and set sales targets to help the team and the business grow.

We are looking for:

  • A sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in KAM or another senior sales role. It would be a huge advantage if you have experience working with construction project sales.
  • An organized colleague who understands the technical requirements of construction projects. A degree in civil or construction engineering could benefit to that as well.
  • A splendid communicator with fluent English language skills (German language skills would be considered as an advantage).
  • A goal-oriented colleague who would be available to travel if there is a need.
