As their Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our international expansion, responsible for identifying new markets, attracting high-profile clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to join a talented, tight-knit team and play a pivotal role in our company’s growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Expand International Reach – Identify and pursue new clients across the UK, France, USA, Germany, and beyond.
  • Build Strong Relationships – Develop lasting partnerships with production houses, film studios, and digital content agencies.
  • Drive Sales & Growth – Conduct market research, make outbound calls, and secure meetings to present the services.
  • Attend Global Industry Events – Represent MAGIC Film at top-tier film and advertising festivals in Cannes, Berlin, Ireland, etc.
  • Lead Sales Strategies – Create and execute effective business development plans.
  • Travel & Network – Visit international clients (1-2 trips per month) and ensure seamless communication throughout the production process.

Requirements

  • Experienced Sales Professional – At least 3-4 years of experience in international sales, business development, or B2B client acquisition.
  • Fluent English Speaker – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages (German, French) are a plus!
  • Confident & Charismatic – A natural networker who can build rapport and make lasting impressions.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker – Ability to spot new opportunities and develop smart sales strategies.
  • Self-Starter & Team Player – Motivated to work independently while being an integral part of a strong, professional team.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-powered sales automation platforms.
