Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Dental Medical Technology Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania

Your Responsibilities:

• develop the sales of our complex dental products (both equipment and consumables) within the area of responsibility

• explore and develop business opportunities• develop and maintain positive and close working relationships with the channel partners and local dental professionals

• support our channel partners in their sales and marketing activities

• regulary report progress on the above to the headquaters to evaluate progress on milestones towards goals

• visit our channel partners and local dental professionals on a regular basis

• organize regular trainings to ensure that our partners have up-to-date product knowledge

• make a special effort to understand the needs of dentistry and the use of product technology to address these challenges

• lead and mentor a sales specialist, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

• extensive experience in selling and building professional relationships in the dental or medical technology field through distributors and/or direct sales in a B2 marketplace

• strong ability to identify new business opportunities, increase sales and gain market share

• ability to build strong professional relationships through interpersonal and social skills• experience in managing and leading sales professionals

• strategic and results-oriented team player with a track record of success and the ability to work independently

• strong verbal and written English skills, additional language skills such as Russian would be an advantage
