Business Analyst

For a part-time support we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. This role offers the opportunity to drive and own various initiatives focused on business development, process efficiency and documentation. All while you’ll continuously grow and develop your project and stakeholder management skills.You can expect an autonomous but fast-paced work environment where you are recognized for your results and ability to drive things forward. In this position, you will be involved in and contribute to day-to-day employee documentation management, information entrance into various systems, ad-hoc reports, etc. 

About you:

• Ability to take ownership and work independently, as well as collaborate closely with your team members, in a service-minded manner
• Strong analytical skills and technical/system agility with sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrated client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships
• Willingness to learn and grow together with the role
• B category driver's license

• 0.5 FTE role with a possibility to grow together with the role to the full FTE
• Salary for 0.5 FTE starts from 500 Eur neto
