Job Description
Maintaining high standards, Intersurgical offers to join Quality and Regulatory team and is looking for BUSINESS ANALYST.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Collect information about the process and conduct process analysis in relation to implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Manufacturing Execution system (MES);
- Identify and evaluate options for improving business processes & systems.
- Define requirements through a project life cycle from initial analysis, documentation and development through to testing where applicable.
- Ensure effective use of information systems in meeting the needs of the company.
- Create process documentation/workflows;
- Administrate Intersurgical Process Map update, publishing and archiving;
- Administrate company portfolio in terms of business and applications, allowing the creation of relationship between them;
- Collaborates with IT regarding applications, impacted by change to the process. Upon necessity, initiate a change of the business process;
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of business management systems;
Requirements
ESSENTIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience in IT systems implementation projects;
- Bachelor degree;
- Communication and presentation skills in English and Lithuanian
- Ability to work alone and within teams
PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
- Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio
- Previous work experience in business analysis and related field
