Branch Manager (Remote for USA company | 3 PM - 10 PM)

Main responsibilities:

• KPI (Key Performance Indicators): Revenue, Profitability, Client satisfaction.
• Compliance management tasks/scoring. Customer contact, inspection, estimate upload times; Job completion times; Customer Satisfaction/Net Promoter Score.
• Hiring/training new staff.
• Expanding new subcontractor network.
• Periodic site visits and meetings with US staff, subcontractors.
