Darbo aprašymas

  • Perform daily tasks related to AML/CTF, Anti-Fraud and sanctions compliance.
  • Work in cooperation with the direct manager in executing daily assignments and other agreed tasks.
  • Perform activities assigned by the direct manager.
  • Perform effective ongoing & retrospective transaction monitoring and investigation (customer/transaction level), submit monitoring reports to the functional manager and the direct manager.
  • Control, investigate, collect and evaluate risks based on customer's portfolio (KYC, ODD, EDD, behavioural risk triggers).
  • Within area of expertise render support to colleagues, provide insights on AML/CTF, Anti-Fraud and sanctions requirements.
  • Communicate with the direct manager and the functional manager regarding any emerging risks or infringements found within customers' portfolio and/or their actions/transactions.
  • Report to the functional manager and the direct manager on any possible fraud cases and suspicious transactions (suspicious activity) found regarding (non-)customers and their counterparties.
  • Provide data to auditors in terms of the areas of responsibilities. Perform other tasks assigned by the functional and the direct manager.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor's or equivalent Degree;
  • Lithuanian: professional or above, English: C1 or above;
  • AML/CTF and / or sanctions work experience (3+ years);
  • ACAMS certificate is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian legal and regulatory AML/CFT and sanctions framework;
  • Candidates with experience with FinTech, international correspondent banking, cross-border payments, acquiring services are preferred;
  • Any prior exposure to international trade between China/Hong-Kong and Europe/UK would be beneficial.
