Job Description

  • Guiding and steering the team with efficiency, while also managing recruitment, work distribution, performance oversight, operational excellence and project management.
  • Showcasing adept communication skills, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth information flow between clients, the management team, and various departments, while also promoting an atmosphere of open communication within the team environment.
  • Applying creative thinking to task execution while devising plans for optimal efficiency, along with a proven history of establishing and reaching team goals.

Requirements

  • Advantageous to have experience in team management.
  • Extensive background in full accounting.
  • Proficient in working with various accounting systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to envision the bigger picture and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with IFRS is a plus.
