Accounting and Tax Compliance Manager

Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team – be a vital pillar for financial integrity, providing comprehensive accounting solutions, and helping businesses to maneuver through complex compliance obligations. 

As a member of EY Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing financial transparency, spearheading competent accounting practices, and guiding organizations to meet their regulatory commitments. 

• Supervise and review the recurring statutory reporting, tax compliance and management/group reporting preparation services for the clients. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a point of contact for clients on compliance and reporting matters. 

• Manage the team, organize and delegate the tasks to the senior and junior consultants. Counseling, appraisal and motivation of the senior consultants and assistant consultants. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. 

• Identify potential fiscal risks and opportunities, consult with the Partners and communicate these to the management of the clients. 

• Ensure the compliance of the activities performed with the EY Quality & Risk Management Procedures as well as the Independence Requirements applicable. 

• Ensure the efficiency of the engagements and completion of the annual budgets. 

• Identify new sales opportunities, proposal preparation and presentations to potential clients in coordination with the Partners. 

• Possibility to get involved in other internal initiatives (for example, recruiting process, team development, efficiency topics).

Salary: EUR 4000-5500 gross, although this may vary depending on your skills and experience.
