ACCOUNTANT (temporary contract)

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining General Ledger and ensuring reconciliations

• Ensuring that Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions are effectively managed
• Responsible for Treasury / Cash Management
• Ensuring financial reports according to IFRS group rules
• Ensuring tax compliance according to local rules and timelines
• Providing correct, complete and timely financial information for reporting, forecasting and controlling purposes
• Preparing and delivering correct, complete and compliant reports
• Supporting in the financial processes for business planning, funding, budgeting and forecasting
• Being a professional business partner for (internal and external) auditors and external consultants
• Participating in special projects
• Driving efficiency improvement for all accounting-related processes
• Supporting and consulting with operational functions across the organization.

We expect you have:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance;

• Preferable 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of international accounting practices and principles;
• Practice in IFRS accounting;
• Sound knowledge of legal tax requirements (VAT, Income tax, etc.)
• Leasing accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
