We offer a full-time freelance contract, which means the freelancer will be responsible for managing their own taxes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable to maintain financial health.
• Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with business objectives.
• Support the executive team with ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations.

• Proven experience as a Finance Controller, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or service-oriented industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
