Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Pašilaičiai (Lithuania)
Reporting to: Quality department, Computerised Systems Project Manager.
Main responsibility:
- Review business and quality requirements into effective test approaches, considering data and test environment.
- Prepare and execute detailed test plans and scripts, both manual and automated, where appropriate.
- Coordinate and guide business stakeholders through testing activities.
- Manage and execute static tests, such as user requirements, system specifications and design reviews.
- Manage and execute non-functional tests, such as security, reliability, availability, usability.
- Report and support resolution of any incidents / defects captured when executing tests.
- Provide timely, concise and accurate reporting that allows project managers and stakeholder to understand progress, risks and take action as necessary.
- Maintain stability and quality of released systems by applying quality and testing activities (e.g. periodic review, regression testing).
- Maintain software quality documentation (plans, reports, incidents/defects) archive.
- Participate in improving IT quality methods, team collaboration and testing/verification tools.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, IT or other exact sciences discipline).
- 2+ years’ work experience relative to software quality assurance and testing activities.
- Experience in working with business management systems.
- Experience in writing and executing manual tests.
- Experience with various testing methodologies, such as unit testing, integration testing, system performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work and interact with various personnel.
- Good computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
Beneficial Qualifications:
- Work experience with project management systems, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
- Work experience with versioning systems such as GitHub, GitLab.
- Understanding of quality, manufacturing and/or supply chain management processes.
- Experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and/or manufacturing enterprise (MES) system.
- Experience in using test automation tools or frameworks (Selenium, Playwright or similar).
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Experience in computerised system validation.
