Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion.
• Manage project activities, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Create detailed project plans and assign responsibilities in the project organization.
• Continuously monitor (planning-monitoring-steering) soft and hard facts and initiate countermeasures in case of deviation.
• Collaborate and build efficient tandem with product/business owners to drive projects and achieve business goals.

• Strong project management expertise with knowledge of methodologies and tools.
• Strategic thinking abilities to align projects with organizational objectives.
• Effective leadership and communication skills for project management.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Business acumen with financial management and budgeting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Attractive salary package: base salary starting at 2200-2600 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1 day per week from the office
