When you join as AI Specialist, you’ll do more than just advise businesses, you’ll collaborate with key decision-makers to help them make better choices. Our team is dedicated to leverage business expertise and cutting-edge technology to solve complex challenges facing our clients. We are currently expanding our capabilities in AI (incl. Generative AI) technologies and are looking for a skilled AI consultant to join our dynamic team, which works with both public sector institutions and major private companies in the Baltics and beyond.

• Use your knowledge in AI, machine learning and advanced analytics technologies and solutions to advise our clients how to best solve their business challenges.
• Support clients in designing AI systems and applications.
• Shaping recommendations and roadmaps for the full-scale rollouts of AI solutions.
• Understanding the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure EY remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Provide expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI disciplines.

Attributes to thrive in the role  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with coursework or projects in AI or machine learning.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for AI, as evidenced by personal projects, internships, or academic research.
• Experience in AI solutions development (coursework or work experience, preferable, but not mandatory).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
• Familiarity with AI principles, frameworks, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
