FINANCING MANAGER (F/M/D)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Treasury, where you’ll be responsible for project financing opportunities and financial modelling for renewable energy projects. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Leading project financing execution in renewable energy sector
  • Leading the due diligence process, review and ensure quality of financing deliverables
  • Leading the preparation and review of financing documents   
  • Organizing tenders for professional services (e.g. advisors for model audit)
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, procurement, commercial, M&A etc.), external counterparties and advisors
  • Being in charge of the internal approval processes and lead the preparation of materials such as presentations, memorandums, approval papers etc., to various stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Monitoring the performance of financing portfolio and provide insights to the management
  • Following industry trends and monitor the development of the regulatory framework; provide insights and updates to the management on the financing related topics in the market
  • Ensuring the performance of other duties relevant to a role

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in project/corporate financing, banking, M&A, corporate finance or a related field
  • High level of accountability, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English  
  • Experience in conducting due diligence of financing/investment opportunities 
  • Motivation, experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and working under strict deadlines

Would be an advantage: 

  • Enrolment in CFA, ACCA or a similar qualification
